We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flattered purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks on the soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original branded box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
